Kenworth T800 Accessories

  1. “No Bolt” Visors - PHOTO, PHOTO The Kenworth T800 Visors are made of 16 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless. We have designed them to be a “No Bolt” where there are no bolts showing on the outside for a smooth clean look. We also put black Vinyl on the inside to prevent light reflection.
    Additional Options: 12” or 14” Visor
    Visors come with brackets and installation instructions.
  2. Battery Box Lids and Lower Steps - PHOTO, PHOTO#2 The KW Battery Box Lids and Tool Boxes are the best available product out on the market. Our battery box lids are made of 14 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless.
    The Lower One-Piece Step bolts to the existing holes for easy installation or removal and is made of 18 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless and the side gussets are made of 11 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless.
    Additional Options: Old and New Style 34.5”, 39.5” and 45” Lids and Steps Available. Tool Box Conversion Kit( When you don’t need a tool box, this kit let’s you mount a battery box lid in it’s place). Lower Steps without side gussets also available. Our Shield Step Plates prevent scratching and provide a grip to step on. These step plates range in size from 4”x18” to 6”x24”. Sold individually or as a kit.
  3. Fuel Tank Wraps - see T-600 and W900 PHOTOS Our Fuel Tank wraps eliminate the need to polish. We do them properly to ensure no corrosion between the fuel tank and the stainless wrap. We use 18 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless to wrap our tanks.
    Additional Options: ¾ Wrap with Stainless Ends, ¾ Wrap with Vinyl Ends (100’s of colors Available), Stainless Fuel Tank Strap Covers.
  4. 45 Degree Headlight Visors - PHOTO Our Design features a 45 degree angle to match the angle of the cab visor. These visors are made of 18 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless and offer a unique look to the headlights.
    Additional Options: Single or Double Headlight Visors. They will fit on most makes with the dual headlight system. They’re easily installed and are sold in pairs.
  5. Under Grill Trim - PHOTO The Kenworth T800 Under Grill Trim closes up the gap between the bumper and the grill.
    Additional Options: Available for the Short and Long Hood
  6. Fender Deflectors - PHOTOThe Kenworth T800 Fender Deflectors are made of 16 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless. We have stream lined them to conform more to the hood and not look so bulky.
    Additional Options: Full or Short Length Deflectors. B Hood also Available.

  9. Oblong Light Brackets - PHOTO Our Oblong Light Brackets are universal and will fit any bumper.
    Additional Options: Single, Double or Triple Light Cutouts
  10. Underneath License Plate Brackets Our license plate brackets are made of 16 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless and bolt to the underside of the bumper to existing holes.
    Additional Options: Come in single or double license plate options.

  12. Rear Centre Panels - PHOTO Our Rear Centre Panels are made from 16 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless for strength and durability. All of our T Bars and Rear Centre Panels are fully enclosed with removable back panels to protect lights and wiring.
    Additional Options: Standard Rear Panels measure 33”x15”x2.75”, Custom sizes and light options available. Lights Not Included.
  13. Rear Frame Covers - PHOTO Rear Frame Covers hide the open frame in the back.
    Additional Options: Standard Cover with no sides or a Customized Cover With welded sides and/or air line openings.
  14. Stainless Mud Flap Weights Our mud flap weights are the heaviest on the market and are made of 14 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless and have a return bend on the bottom to add strength and durability.
    Additional Options: Available in sizes from 12 – 24 inches long. Sold in pairs and comes with mounting hardware.
  15. Deck Plates - PHOTO Deck Plates are made from 14 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless or 1/8th smooth or Checker Plate Aluminum.
    Additional Options: We can keep the deck plates tucked inside the frame or wrap it over the sides. Mounting rails provided with deck plate. Complete wraps also available.
  16. Tow Pin Covers - PHOTOOur Newly designed tow-pin covers fit snug and straight with an anti-theft locking system.
    Additional Options: Available for both the W900 and T800 Models. Sold in pairs.
  17. Stainless Bunk Protector - PHOTO The Stainless Bunk Protector is made of 20 Gauge 304 #8 Mirror Finish Stainless and keeps the air line hoses from scratching up the back of the bunk.
